Inspired by ‘texture rock’ bands like Sigur Ros … this is a very simple song with a powerful feeling behind it … it reminds me of being sung to sleep :)

Distorted guitar and synthesizers … this was the first take in an experiment in something … not sure what … was probably listening to lots of Johnny Greenwood at the time …

The sister track of ‘River Song’ … was recorded completely remote during the pandemic lockdowns … together with ‘River Song’, formed the beginning of the record :)
